The former Chief Inspector of the Machine Shop and Chassis Departments, Mr E. Knight (right), was presented with a wrist watch on behalf of the department by the oldest employee, Mr W. Bateman, at their annual dinner on Friday, 11th January. 
Mr. Knight has recently been appointed Chief Inspector of the Jet Engine Division. A hearty welcome was extended to Mr. A. G. Brown, the new Car Division Chief Inspector and his wife, and all spent a very enjoyable evening.
